We formed this company in Hyde Park, New York ("upstate" for those from the NYC area.) in the beginning of 1999. At that time, there was great fear over the looming "millennium bug" that threatened to destroy the modern computing world. (Remember the airlines that offered to fly you from New York to Tokyo for $100 on December 31, 1999? Why didn't we all travel the world that day!)

Prior to that year, I had spent several years working as a mechanical engineer, and robotics systems designer, but often found myself writing computer code to improve the flow of the many jobs passing through the company.

In 1999 we opened for business and began working with local companies, including some banks, in implementing  custom-designed software, hardware, and processes to increase the quality and efficiency of the services they offered their customers.

Twenty-five years later, the need for our services has grown almost exponentially. We look forward to working with you whether your needs revolve around a software application, or mechanical design engineering project.
