VisualBoss is a Windows-based software application incorporating AI technology, that communicates with your existing JobBoss SQL database and performs live analysis of the data. VisualBoss applies proprietary algorithms, and unique data processing and display, allowing all your employees to easily understand the processes that need to be addressed to reach your goal of on time job delivery.
VisualBoss was developed by a software engineer with over 40 years of experience creating software applications for the job-shop industry. In very rare instances is a software application developed by someone who works in an industry that will use the application. Because of this when we purchase such an application, we immediately complain about the way it functions and especially about the way it doesn’t function. That is why you will love VisualBoss. It was developed by someone who has decades of experience working for and with job shops.
Important Note: VisualBoss is compatible with the original JobBOSS product, which uses a local SQL database server. It is not designed for use with the new "JobBOSS2 Cloud" software product presently offered by ECI.

While not a specific category of work we offer, creativity is an obvious element in our solutions. For example, one of our spa designs won the first place medal in an international design competition in 2020. Another, self-commissioned project interpreting the original auto-car design of Leonardo DaVinci, was chosen for the cover of a world-renowned gift catalog. One of our custom software clients was a true fanatic of the original StarTrek series. As a result, many of the alert notifications of his desktop app incorporated sound effects common to that series.
